IT Security Manager

Arizona - HQ

Travel 10% (if applicable):

As a IT Security Manager, you will….

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides operational oversight of all security operations.

• Performs vendor assessments.

• Project Manager for Security
• Implementations and Changes

• Manages Security Implementation Teams

• Responsible for Security Awareness and Training

• Security Lifecycle Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cuber Security or related field
• CISM or CISSP Certification

• Project Management – PMP is desired, but not required

• Personnel Management of technical teams

• Financial Management

• Knowledge of Security management Frameworks

• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure

• Knowledge of Network Monitoring Solutions

• Communication skills: Must have the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, present to senior management, and influence key decision-makers.

• Business acumen: Understanding the organization's business and its objectives. This includes knowledge of the organization's products, services, customers, and partners.

Experience:

• 8 years managing technical teams

• 3 years project management leadership

• 5 years information security operations Medical Imaging experience desired, but not required.

• Medical industry experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
